Our Story
Built for the Gap No One Else Was Filling
ArcFlo was founded in 2020 after years of hands-on experience refining our internal harness and enclosure production. As our capabilities grew, it became clear there was a gap in our supply base—too many quality issues, missed deadlines, and limited collaboration. We saw the market split between two extremes:

Large manufacturers with great equipment and reliable quality systems, but focused on high-volume contracts with little room for flexibility or engineering input.

Small shops focused on low-volume but lacking the processes, tooling, and technical depth to deliver reliable quality.
We knew there was room in the middle for a company with sophisticated equipment, formal quality processes, and real engineering collaboration. One built specifically for OEMs with low-to-medium volume, high-mix production needs. That’s why we launched ArcFlo.

Today, ArcFlo supports OEMs across the Midwest with wire harnesses and electrical assemblies that are tested, documented, and built to perform. Our team reviews prints for common design flaws, flags potential issues before production, and offers suggestions to improve cost and manufacturability if desired. We’ve earned long-term partnerships by delivering value well beyond the components we ship. That includes helping reduce rework, speed up installs, and improve product quality from the inside out.
